Our goal is to create a lighter structure that allows for the safe transportation of more products. A lighter crate means reduced fuel consumption and increased lifespan of your vehicle. To achieve this, we value your input and carefully select the appropriate materials for the right purpose. Our engineering department calculates the bending, cutting, and torsional strengths of these materials.

As a result of these efforts, we have introduced our beverage distribution crate with accordion folding doors. These crates have been preferred by Pepsi and Coca-Cola distributors in Turkey, as well as some mineral water distribution companies.
Our crates offer the following advantages:

- Doors that fold sideways in an accordion-like manner.
- Simultaneous opening of all doors during loading and unloading, enabling forklift operators to load and unload from both sides of the vehicle simultaneously.
- Excellent protection for your transported products, shielding them from all weather conditions.
- Embedded lock system on the doors, eliminating the risk of theft.
- Optional insulation can be applied to the doors.
- Customizable solid logo application on the sides of the crate.
Standard features of our crates include:
- Crate bases inclined 1.5 degrees towards the center.
- Front and rear walls of the crates inclined 1.5 degrees from bottom to top.
- Steel construction for crate bases, front and rear wall frames, fenders, and foot steps.
- Optional aluminum profile or sheet metal cladding for front and rear walls.
- Steel profile frame roof covered with 600g CTP polyester.
- Internal partitions made of 3/4″ thick pipes.
- 1.5mm omega-printed sheet metal or 9mm film-coated plywood for the floor.
- Dedicated space for service cart placement.
- Aluminum water gutters on the crate roof.
- Three rubber stoppers at the rear of the crate.
- Two forklift stoppers mounted on each slot of the crate.
Accordion Folding Door System:
The accordion folding door system, developed by KAROSAN, is designed for urban distribution vehicles. This system is a high-quality and secure solution that minimizes processing time compared to other loading-unloading systems worldwide.
The system consists of double doors that fold and unfold like an accordion, closing each compartment. Each compartment door is equipped with a concealed stainless steel lock, and all doors can be opened and closed with a single key. The doors’ water tightness is ensured by PVC door seals. This mechanical system features steel profile frame doors that can be covered with 1mm DKP sheet metal, aluminum, or pressed polyester sheet, according to your preferences. Forklift support stoppers are mounted on the sides of the crate.
Optional features include:
- Service cart with ball-bearing filled tires.
- Installation of a closed-type wind deflector on the vehicle cabin.
- Complete logo application.
- Digital printing on foil:
- Applied on the vehicle cabin doors, wind deflector, crate rear wall, and aluminum roller shutters. The printing is done on 40-10 exterior surface, using 3M ink 720 dpi VUTEK digital printing.
