If you have a demand for an internal temperature below 5°C, it is necessary to have a separate partition with a sliding door and a collision door in the section where the rear door is located. The doors are the areas where panel vans have the highest heat loss. The poor insulation in the doors, due to heat loss through infiltration and door lock systems, leads to the formation of thermal bridges in the doors.
POLYESTER PANEL FEATURES
All walls of this type are made of pressed monoblock polyester sandwich panels. The wall thickness can vary between 35-125 mm depending on your product group. Monoblock sandwich panels have a profile frame, and the insulation material in the frame area is either 3-12 cm thick 45-density polyurethane or 35-40 density Dow polystyrene. Duratek products are used as the adhesive material.
The inner and outer sides of the walls can be polyester, aluminum, galvanized, or sheet, according to preference.
FLOOR FEATURES
In these refrigerated cases, the floor is specially shaped according to preference and the load to be carried. It can be made of 304 quality stainless steel chrome-nickel with a thickness of 20 mm, epoxy coating on marine plywood, or 3.4 mm tear-drop aluminum or specially formed rigid aluminum.
