We are working to enable you to transport more products in a safer manner with a lighter structure. A lighter crate means reduced fuel consumption and increased lifespan of your vehicle. To achieve this, we listen to your suggestions, make the right material selection in the right place, and calculate the bending, cutting, and torsional strength of the materials in our engineering department.

All the innovations and developments in our company are a result of our relentless pursuit of quality. As a result of these efforts, we have introduced our beverage distribution crate with accordion folding doors. These crates have been preferred by Pepsi and Coca-Cola distributors in Turkey, as well as some mineral water distribution companies.

These crates offer the following advantages:

They have a long lifespan and no possibility of breakdown.
The doors fold in an accordion-like manner, opening sideways.
During loading and unloading, you can open all doors simultaneously, allowing for simultaneous loading and unloading from both sides of the vehicle by forklift operators.
The products you carry are well-protected during transportation and shielded from all weather conditions.
The doors have embedded lock systems, eliminating the risk of theft for the products.
Insulation can be applied to the doors upon request.
You have the opportunity to have a solid logo application on the sides of the crate.

Standard features of our crates include:

The crate bases are inclined 1.5 degrees towards the center.
The front and rear walls of the crates are inclined 1.5 degrees from the bottom to the top.
The crate bases, front and rear wall frames, fenders, and foot steps are all made of steel.
The cladding of the front and rear walls can be either aluminum profiles or sheet metal according to your preference.
The crate roof is made of a steel profile frame covered with 600g CTP polyester.
The internal partitions are made of 3/4″ thick pipes.
The floor covering can be 1.5mm printed sheet metal or 9mm film-coated plywood according to your preference.
There is a designated space for placing a service cart.
The rear of the crate has 3 rubber stoppers.
Each slot on the sides of the crate has two forklift stoppers.

ACCORDION FOLDING DOOR SYSTEM:

The accordion folding door system is designed by KAROSAN for city distribution vehicles. This door type is a high-quality and secure system that minimizes processing time compared to other loading-unloading systems developed worldwide.

The system consists of double doors that fold and unfold like an accordion, closing each compartment. Each compartment door has a built-in stainless steel lock, and all doors can be opened and closed with a single key. The doors’ water tightness is ensured by PVC door gaskets. The system is a mechanical one. All doors have a steel profile frame and can be covered with 1mm DKP sheet metal, aluminum, or pressed polyester sheet according to your preference. Forklift support stoppers are available on the sides of the crate.

Optional features include:

Service cart with ball-bearing filled tires.
Installation of a closed-type wind deflector on the vehicle cabin.
Complete logo application.

Digital printing on foil:

Applied on the vehicle cabin doors, wind deflector, rear wall of the crate, and aluminum roller shutter doors.
A 3M ink 720 dpi VUTEK digital print is applied on a 40-10 exterior facade, flat fixed floor foil.
