Logistics-type containers are commonly used for transporting dry goods or perishable products such as fruits and vegetables from factories, fields, or warehouses to large supermarkets or wholesale markets. Our logistics-type containers come in three types based on your loading requirements.

STANDARD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Floor:
The chassis and flooring are made of steel, either NPU or “U” profiles with suitable thickness, according to the size and width of the vehicle.
- Front Wall: The front wall frame is made of 3 mm thick specially shaped steel profile, and the outer wall is covered with plain panel steel supported by steel profiles. The interior lining is made of filmless plywood.
- Rear Doors: The rear door structure consists of 3 mm thick specially shaped steel profiles. Typically, double swing doors are applied to the rear of the container. However, an alternative option is the implementation of swinging belt-type tarpaulins. Our swing door options come in two types.

- Roof: The container roof is of a fixed type and has a steel frame. The outer surface of the roof is covered with a 2.5 mm thick CTP polyester sheet or a double-layered tarpaulin with a lining.
- Side Doors: Upon request, flap-type doors with suitable height can be installed on the sides of the container. These doors are made of either steel or extruded aluminum profiles. They are equipped with recessed vertical locks and cast hinges.
- Sliding Roller System and Side Rails: Your products will benefit from the convenience of the sliding roller system and side rails, which make loading from the side easier. This system not only provides convenience during loading and unloading but also saves you time. The sliding roller system is commonly used in large-sized vehicles. The sliding rollers move within galvanized steel rails that are mounted on the roof. They are operated by steel roller mechanisms. The locking system on the sliding rollers ensures secure fixation.
Between the sliding rollers, 3 to 5 rows of cargo bars, made of aluminum or wood, are used. These cargo bars are adjustable and can be removed during loading and unloading. The cargo bars prevent the load from leaning against the curtains. They are typically produced in standard dimensions of 25×120 mm.
Sliding curtain system; This system is suitable for optional combination of fixed roof, sliding side curtain, and sliding pillar. The rails are made of galvanized steel and appropriate curvature is given to the structure according to the length of the rails. The components that make up the system are as follows:
- Galvanized steel curtain rail (mounted to the roof)

Digital curtain printing; High-quality digital printing is applied on the fabric using 3M Ink 720 Dpi 12 pass Vutek, and a 16~32 micron liquid lamination is applied after printing.
