Do you want to receive detailed information about the products?
Since the 1970s, we have been serving the beverage, water, and beer industry, which has made us highly experienced. Based on our experiences, we have manufactured various beverage crates with different types of doors to suit your needs.
Our research continues to develop our products in our R&D department to provide the most practical and secure transportation solutions. We are working towards carrying more products in a lighter superstructure to ensure safer transportation. A lighter body means lower fuel consumption and increased lifespan for your vehicle. To achieve this, we listen to your feedback, make the right material selection based on your suggestions, and calculate the bending, cutting, and torsion resistance of the materials in our engineering department.
We believe that there are no limits to progress.
We don’t rely on accidents or imitating other products for innovation. Our engineers continuously research and redesign, test new ideas, hold meetings with our staff and management, and constantly communicate with beverage carriers to understand their needs. All the innovations and improvements in our company are the result of our persistent pursuit of quality. As a result of these efforts, we have introduced our beverage distribution crates with aluminum roller shutter doors. Since 1991, many companies such as Pepsi, Coca Cola, Tuborg, Efes Pilsen, Kardelen Waters, Erikli, and Özmer Fruit Juices have chosen our crates.
The aluminum roller shutter door system was designed by KAROSAN for urban distribution vehicles. The aluminum roller shutter door is the highest-quality and safest system that minimizes operation time among other urban loading-unloading systems developed worldwide.
The vehicle chassis is of the three-piece type. Karosan has replaced the existing chassis system by using an upper main frame and an additional lower frame. The upper frame (A) provides a strong and stable backbone for the entire body structure. The lower frame (B) withstands the flexion that may damage the body structure and provides additional strength to maintain balance.
We directly connect our truck bodies to the chassis. We do not use assembly methods that will loosen and cause the body to slide after a few years.
No matter how well the vehicle body is constructed, if it is not properly placed on the chassis, it will not withstand the test of time. One reason why Karosan’s coe (cab over engine) chassis crates last a long time is that they are placed on a much stronger and properly aligned chassis.
These crates offer you the following advantages:
- Doors open towards the ceiling, requiring no additional space.
- You can open all doors simultaneously during loading and unloading. This allows your forklift operator to load and unload from both sides at the same time.
- The products you carry are well protected during transportation and shielded from all weather conditions.
- The doors have a central locking system, eliminating the risk of product theft.
- You have the opportunity to apply a single-piece logo to the sides of our crates.
STANDARD FEATURES:
- The crate bases are inclined 1.5 degrees towards the center.
- The front and rear walls of the crates are inclined 1.5 degrees from the base to the ceiling.
- The crate bases, front and rear wall frames, mudguards, and steps are all made of solid steel.
- The covering of the front and rear walls is made of specially alloyed, corrugated, extruded aluminum cladding profiles.
- The crate ceiling is made of a steel profile frame covered with 600g CTP polyester.
- The internal partitions are made of ¾” thick pipes.
- The flooring consists of either 1.5mm Omega-pressed sheet steel or 9mm film-coated plywood.
- There is a designated space for a service cart.
- The crate roof has aluminum water gutters.
- There are three rubber stoppers at the back of the crate.
- Each side of the crate has two forklift stoppers per eye.
ALUMINUM ROLLER SHUTTER DOOR SYSTEM ;
Our door system consists of self-hinged, specially alloyed, extruded, corrugated aluminum door profiles, steel rails, steel-milled, delrin rollers that allow silent and smooth movement of the door towards the ceiling, a “counterweight system” that dampens the door’s weight, and central locks that independently lock the doors from both sides.
OPTIONAL FEATURES:
- Service cart with ball-bearing pneumatic tires
- Installation of a closed-type wind deflector on the vehicle cabin
- Complete logo application
Digital printed foil application ;
The application is done on the vehicle cabin doors, wind deflector, rear wall of the crate, and aluminum roller shutter doors. It is applied on a 40-10 exterior facade with a flat, solid floor foil, using 3M ink and a 720 dpi VUTEK digital printing process.
