Do you want to receive detailed information about the products?
Since the 1970s, we have been serving the beverage, water, and beer industry, making us highly experienced. Based on our experiences, we have various beverage crate models with different doors to suit your needs.
Our research continues to improve our products through R&D, aiming to provide the most practical and secure transportation solutions. We are working on developing a lighter structure to carry more products in a safer manner. A lighter crate means reduced fuel consumption and increased vehicle lifespan. To achieve this, we listen to your suggestions, select the right materials based on their bending, cutting, and torsional strength calculations in our engineering department.
We believe that there are no limits to progress. We don’t rely on accidental discoveries or imitation of other products. Our engineers constantly research, redesign, test new ideas, and hold meetings with our staff and management. We also regularly consult beverage carriers to understand their needs. All the innovations and developments in our company are the result of our relentless pursuit of quality. As a result of these efforts, we have introduced our beverage distribution crate with SUTIR-type sliding curtains, which has been preferred by many companies such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Tuborg, Efes Pilsen, Kardelen Waters, Erikli, and Özmer Fruit Juices since 1991.
The SUTIR-type sliding curtain system, designed by KARDEŞLER company, is specifically developed for urban distribution vehicles. Among the loading and unloading systems developed worldwide for urban transportation, the SUTIR-type sliding curtain system minimizes operation time, offers the most cost-effective and secure solution.
Our crates offer the following advantages:
You can easily open the curtains sideways during loading and unloading without requiring extra space. This allows your forklift operator to load and unload from both sides simultaneously.
The products you transport are highly secure and protected from all weather conditions.
The doors have a tension locking system.
You have the opportunity to apply a digitally printed unified logo on the side curtains of our crate.
STANDARD FEATURES:
- The crate base has a 1.5° slope towards the center.
- The front and rear walls of the crate have a 1.5° slope from the base to the top.
- The crate’s base, front and rear wall frames, fenders, and steps are made entirely of steel.
- The cladding of the front and rear walls is made of special alloyed, corrugated, extruded aluminum panel profiles or 1.2 mm DKp steel sheet.
- The crate roof is coated with a 600 g CTP polyester on a steel profile carcass.
- Internal partitions are made of ¾” thick pipe.
- The floor can be 1.5 mm omega-printed sheet, 3 mm plain black sheet, or 9 mm film-coated imported WISA WIRE plywood according to your preference.
- There is a designated space for a service trolley.
- There are 3 rubber stoppers at the back of the crate.
- Each side of the crate is equipped with two forklift stoppers.
SUTIR-TYPE SLIDING CURTAIN SYSTEM:
- The system resembles a classic sliding curtain system. It moves on steel rails located on the roof with the help of rollers. There is no rail at the bottom. Therefore, the vertical tension of the curtain is provided by the lower tension buckles. The locked aluminum door profiles on the front and rear ensure the tension of the curtain, providing both an aesthetic appearance and safe transportation of loads inside the vehicle.
OPTIONAL FEATURES:
- Service trolley with ball-bearing-filled tires.
- Installation of a closed-type wind deflector on the vehicle cabin.
- Full logo application.
- Digital printed foil application:
- Applied to the vehicle cabin doors, wind deflector, and rear wall. A 3M ink 720 dpi VUTEK digital print is applied to a 40-10 exterior surface on a flat solid ground foil.
Digital printed curtain application:
- A 12×12 woven fabric with a density of 1000 g is used, on which a 3M ink 720 dpi VUTEK digital print is applied, followed by a 16-micron lamination.
