As a result of these efforts, we have introduced our beverage distribution crate with aluminum roll-up doors. Since 1991, many companies such as Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Tuborg, Efes Pilsen, Kardelen Waters, Erikli, and Özmer Fruit Juices have chosen our crates.
The aluminum roll-up door system was designed by KAROSAN for urban distribution vehicles. Among the other loading-unloading systems developed worldwide, the aluminum roll-up door is the highest quality and safest system that minimizes the processing time.
These crates offer you the following advantages:
- The doors slide up towards the ceiling, eliminating the need for extra space to open them.
- You can open all the doors simultaneously during loading and unloading. This allows your forklift operator to load and unload from both sides of the vehicle at the same time.
- The products you transport are well-protected from all weather conditions.
- The doors have a central locking system, eliminating the risk of theft.
- You have the opportunity to apply a single-piece logo application to the sides of the crates.
STANDARD FEATURES:
- The crate bases have a 1.5-degree slope towards the center.
- The front and rear walls of the crates have a 1.5-degree slope from the base to the ceiling.
- The crate bases, front and rear wall frames, fenders, and step treads are all made of steel.
- The front and rear walls of the crates are covered with special alloyed, corrugated, extruded aluminum lambskin profiles.
- The crate ceiling is a steel profile frame coated with 600g CTP polyester.
- The interior compartments are made of ¾” thick pipes.
- The floor covering is either 1.5mm omega-printed sheet or 9mm film-coated plywood.
- There is a designated space for a service cart.
- The crate roof has aluminum rain gutters.
- There are 3 rubber stoppers at the back of the crate.
- Each section of the crate sides has two forklift stoppers.
The Aluminum Roll-up Door System ;
The Aluminum Roll-up Door System consists of self-hinged special alloyed, extruded, corrugated aluminum door profiles, steel rails, steel rollers that allow the door to slide smoothly and silently towards the ceiling, a counterweight system that absorbs the door’s weight, and central locks that independently lock the doors from both sides.

Digital printing on foil;
The vehicle cabin doors, wind deflector, rear wall of the crate, and aluminum roll-up doors can be applied with digital printing. 3M ink 720dpi VUTEK digital printing is applied on 40-10 exterior façade with a flat solid ground foil.
