STANDARD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Floor: The chassis and floor are made of steel, specifically NPU or “U” profile, with a suitable thickness, designed according to the size and width of the vehicle.
- Front Wall: The frame of the front wall is made of a specially formed steel profile with a thickness of 3 mm. The exterior wall is covered with flat panel steel and supported by steel profiles. The interior lining is made of filmless plywood..
- Rear Doors: The rear door frame is made of a specially formed 3 mm thick steel profile. Typically, double swing doors are applied to the rear of the cargo box. However, alternatively, sliding belt curtains can also be used. Our collision-type doors come in two types.

Roof: The body roof is of a fixed type and has a steel frame. The outer surface of the roof is covered with a 2.5 mm thick CTP polyester sheet or a double-layered canvas with a primer.
- Side doors: According to your preference, flap-type doors with suitable height can be installed on the sides of the body. These doors are made of steel or extruded aluminum profiles. The doors have recessed vertical locks and cast hinges.
- Sliding roller system and side boards: Our sliding roller system provides convenience for side loading and unloading, saving you time during the process. This system is commonly used in large-sized vehicles. The sliding rollers, equipped with steel rollers, move within galvanized steel rails mounted on the roof. The locking system on the sliding rollers ensures secure positioning.
Between the sliding rollers, 3 to 5 rows of cargo holders, made of aluminum or wood, are installed. These cargo holders are removable and can be taken out during loading and unloading. They are designed to prevent the cargo from leaning against the curtains. The standard dimensions of these cargo holders are typically 25×120 mm.
Sliding curtain system: This system is suitable for optional combinations of a fixed roof, sliding curtains, and sliding uprights. The rails are made of galvanized steel, and appropriate deformation is applied to the structure according to the length of the rails. The components that make up the system include:

Digital curtain printing: High-quality digital printing is applied to the tarp using 3M Ink 720 Dpi 12 pass Vutek technology. After printing, a liquid lamination seal with a thickness of 16~32 microns is applied.
