These types are designed to carry different loads. You can easily transport your products with these open-type containers. Open-top containers provide practical transportation options.
The open sheet metal container type allows loading and unloading on the vehicle using the available crane. You can easily load and unload your cargo with these types. The truck driver also works as a crane operator, which is cost-effective. You only need to pay one person’s salary.

The crane to be installed on the vehicle is selected by us according to the load you will carry. Depending on your preference, we can install a HİAB, PM, or PALFINGER brand product.
Base:
The chassis and supports of our containers are made of steel with suitable thickness according to the type of the vehicle. In heavy-duty vehicles (80120 mm), “NPU” profiles are used, while in small vans and trucks, 34 mm thick (60~80 mm high) “U” profiles are used. The base flooring is made of plain black sheet metal or corrugated sheet metal, or it is covered with imported water-resistant plywood with a phenolic film coating.
Front wall, skirts, and detachable-type stakes:
The front wall corners, skirts, side and rear skirts, mudguards, and detachable stakes are made of 3 mm thick steel sheet. Our small vehicles have a steel profile frame for the front wall. The inside and outside of the front wall are covered with 1.5 mm thick A-1 quality sheet metal. If desired, the inside of the front wall can be covered with 8 mm plywood. Alternatively, the front wall can be made of special alloy or extruded aluminum profile. In our large vehicles, the front wall is either made entirely of 3 mm steel sheet with a special shape or made of special alloy or extruded aluminum profile.
Steel sheet doors:
Side and rear doors are specially shaped and made of 2~3 mm thick steel sheet according to the size of the vehicle. The door height varies between 200 and 700 mm depending on the vehicle size. Dump-type steel or truck-type cast hinges are used for the doors. The door locks can be either chain-type locks or recessed vertical locks.
Special alloy extruded aluminum profile doors:
These doors are made of 1.3 mm thick special alloy extruded aluminum profiles. They can be produced with a powder coating, oven-baked paint, or anodized finish according to your preference. Galvanized cast truck-type hinges and recessed vertical or horizontal locks are used for the doors. They have sealing and noise reduction properties thanks to the silicone gaskets used.

Paint:
The bottom surface and skirts of the container are completely coated with AKZO KEMİPOL tar. Areas requiring putty are puttied, and silicone coating is applied to the joints. Other surfaces are primed with epoxy-based primer in thin layers, and then all internal and external surfaces are painted with AKZO SYNTHETIC automotive paint in the color of the vehicle, with two coats.
