These types can be manufactured from metals such as aluminum and steel, but they are primarily made from monoblock sandwich panel polyester walls. In our metal-based types, the material properties are similar to our insulated metal boxes. The front door of these types is manufactured as an aluminum roller shutter door. The only difference from our insulated metal boxes is this aspect. These types are used for transporting white goods, electronic products, as well as furniture and household moving goods.

Floor :
The base construction of the body consists of steel chassis with mounted steel box profiles or “U” profiles made of 3 mm steel sheets. The floor can be covered with 5 different materials according to your request.
Imported patterned phenolic film-coated plywood with thicknesses of 9, 12, 15, and 18 mm
EXTERNAL CORNER AND SKIRT COATINGS
The front, side, and rear wall frames and skirts of the body are coated with anodized aluminum profiles. The profiles are made with imported steel nails and multi-grip aluminum rivets.
FRONT, SIDE WALLS, AND CEILING PANELS
The front and side walls of the body can be produced with two different types of interior lining according to your request. The exterior appearance and insulation materials of the panels remain the same.

ALUMINUM ROLL-UP TYPE REAR DOORS
There is an aluminum roll-up type door at the back of the body, which opens towards the ceiling. The width of the door is between 1500 and 2100 mm, and its height when fully opened is 2050 mm. Our door profiles are made of 1.7 mm thick, 6063 series special alloy, corrugated aluminum profiles with self-hinged design, operating on steel rails with nylon rollers. Thanks to the “COUNTER BALANCE SYSTEM,” the door has the ability to stay in any position. The locking system of the door can be either bottom-hung lock or centrally controlled lock system from the ceiling.
