We are working on lighter superstructures to transport more products in the safest way possible. A lighter body means lower fuel consumption and increased vehicle lifespan. To achieve this, we listen to your suggestions, make appropriate material selections in our engineering department, and calculate the bending, cutting, and torsional strength of materials.

Since 1985, many companies such as Fruko Tamek & Pepsi, Tuborg, Efes Pilsen, mineral water distributors, and Aroma fruit juice have chosen our bodies.
The sliding side door system, developed by KAROSAN, is designed for urban distribution vehicles. Among other urban loading-unloading systems worldwide, the sliding side door system is the highest quality and safest system that minimizes operation time.
Our bodies offer you the following advantages:
- They have a long lifespan and are highly reliable, with a low probability of malfunctioning.
- The doors slide sideways, eliminating the need for additional space to open them.
- During loading and unloading, you can open all the doors simultaneously. This allows your forklift operator to load and unload from both sides of the vehicle at the same time.
- The products you transport are highly secure during transportation and are protected from all types of weather conditions.
- The doors have a flush-mounted locking system, completely eliminating the risk of theft.
- Upon request, the doors can be insulated.
- You have the option to apply a single-piece logo application on the sides of the body.
STANDARD FEATURES:
- The base of the body has a 1.5° slope towards the center.
- The front and rear walls of the body have a 1.5° slope from the base to the top.
- The base, front and rear wall frames, fenders, and step boards are all made of steel.
- The cladding of the front and rear walls can be either aluminum profiles or sheet metal, according to your preference.
- The roof of the body is made of steel profile frame covered with 600g CTP polyester.
- The internal dividers are made of ¾” thick pipes.
- The floor covering is either 1.5mm Omega-printed sheet metal or 9mm laminated plywood.
- There is a designated space for a service trolley.
- The roof of the body features aluminum gutter channels.
- There are 3 rubber stoppers at the back of the body.
- Each eyelet on the sides of the body is equipped with two forklift stoppers.
SLIDING SIDE DOOR SYSTEM ;
Our door system consists of a steel profile frame with pressed polyester sheet door panel. It operates on double steel rails on the ceiling and floor, with ball-bearing “V” rollers on the upper rail and balancing blades. The doors are equipped with recessed stainless steel locks that lock independently from both sides.

DIGITAL PRINTED FOIL APPLICATION ;
The vehicle cabin doors, windshield, rear wall of the body, and aluminum roller shutter doors are applied with digital printed foil. The application is done on a 40-10 exterior facade with a flat solid floor foil, using 3M ink and a 720 dpi VUTEK digital printing process.
