As a result of these efforts, we have introduced our FCS City Liner beverage distribution body with slide curtains. Since its introduction, many companies such as Pepsi, Coca Cola, Tuborg, Efes Pilsen, DANONE HAYAT water, and SIRMA spring water have chosen our bodies.

The FCS City Liner with slide curtain system is designed by KAROSAN for urban distribution vehicles. It is a high-quality and reliable system that minimizes loading and unloading time among other urban loading-unloading systems developed worldwide. The system is 100% Turkish-made and does not contain any imported parts.

Our bodies offer the following advantages:

Easy sideways opening during loading and unloading without requiring additional space. This allows for simultaneous loading and unloading from both sides of the vehicle by a forklift operator.
The transported products are well-protected during transportation, unaffected by any weather conditions.
The doors have tension lock systems.
Our bodies can have digitally printed logos applied on the side curtains.

STANDARD FEATURES:

The base of the body is inclined by 1.5° towards the center.
The front and rear walls of the body are inclined by 1.5° from the floor to the ceiling.
The bases, front and rear wall frames, fenders, and steps of the bodies are made entirely of steel.
The front and rear walls are covered with special alloyed, corrugated, extruded aluminum profiles or 1.2mm DKp steel sheets.
The roof of the body is made of steel profile framework coated with 600g CTP polyester.
Internal partitions are made of ¾” thick pipes.
The floor covering can be either 1.5mm omega-printed sheet, 3mm plain black sheet, or 9mm imported WISA WIRE plywood with a film.
There is a designated space for a service trolley.
The rear of the body has three rubber stoppers.
There are two forklift stoppers per eye on the sides of the body.

FCS CITY LINER SLIDE CURTAIN SYSTEM:

The FCS City Liner slide curtain system is different from the traditional slide curtain systems. It offers a sliding curtain solution for lightweight trucks and vans. Unlike traditional slide curtain systems that use buckles, this system allows for customizable opening and closing of the curtains, providing high comfort and exceptional performance in all urban transportation and distribution. In situations where the vehicle visits multiple delivery points and undergoes numerous loading and unloading operations throughout the day, the FCS City Liner is ideal. The system eliminates the need for buckles and tensioning mechanisms typically found in traditional slide curtain systems. Instead, it operates on two rails with rollers, allowing the curtains to be moved on both sides. The rollers are designed to withstand thousands of opening and closing cycles. The aluminum rails make the system lighter than its counterparts. PVC side bumpers protect the bottom aluminum rail from external impacts. The locked aluminum door profiles at the front and rear ensure both aesthetic appearance and safe transportation of loads inside the vehicle. The FCS City Liner slide curtain system allows for quick collection from both the front and rear of the vehicle, enabling fast loading and unloading from both sides.
