These types can be made from metals such as aluminum and steel, but they are predominantly produced using monoblock sandwich panel polyester walls. In our metal-based types, the material characteristics are the same as in our insulated metal casings. The only difference in appearance is the protrusion made on the front wall of the casing. These types of casings are used for furniture and household moving transportation.

Our superstructures with walls made of pressed sandwich panels, specifically polyester, are primarily used in furniture and household goods transportation, such as home moving.

BASE :
The base construction of the body consists of steel box profiles or “U” shaped profiles made of 3 mm steel sheets mounted on a steel chassis. The deck can be covered with 5 different materials according to your preference.
- 3 mm thick plain black sheet
- 3/2 mm, 4/3 mm, or 5/4 mm thick corrugated sheets
- Imported patterned phenolic film-coated plywood with thicknesses of 9 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 24 mm, or 30 mm
- Domestic water-resistant plywood coated with epoxy on top of 15 mm
- Domestic water-resistant plywood coated with 3/2 mm aluminum sheet on top of 15 mm
EXTERIOR CORNER AND SKIRT COVERINGS
The front, side, and rear wall frames and skirts of the body are covered with anodized aluminum profiles. The profiles are constructed using imported steel rivets and multi-grip aluminum rivets.
FRONT AND SIDE WALLS
The interior lining of the front and side walls of the body can be manufactured in two different types according to your preference. The external appearance and insulation materials of the panels are the same.

- Panel walls obtained by being pressed for a minimum of 10 hours
Interior Lining:
- Options: 300 g/m² double-layer polyester sheet or 4 mm plywood
REAR DOORS
The body has double-opening rear doors. The doors can be opened up to 270 degrees and are equipped with galvanized or stainless steel hinges. The doors have a steel profile frame and locking systems that can be either tubular or flush, made of galvanized or stainless steel. After being insulated like the walls, the doors are manufactured as pressed panels covered with CTP polyester sheets on both the interior and exterior. PVC door seals ensure water and dust resistance. The doors are equipped with securing handles when opened sideways.
