In recent years, the sliding roof and sliding curtain system, which has proven its functionality in Turkey and even worldwide, providing time savings in loading and unloading, and offering maximum security with the advantage of top, rear, and side loading, is being introduced to you. The system is called ALUcomLINER. The sliding roof and sliding curtain system is applicable to trucks, truck-trailers, and trailers, providing customs clearance and economical solutions. In this system, the sliding roof tarpaulin, side curtains, and sliding bars work separately.
Karosan Karoser ALUcomLINER type curtain-sided boxes offer significant advantages to users. Logistic-type boxes are commonly used for the transportation of dry goods or perishable products such as beverages from factories or fields to warehouses, large markets, or vegetable and fruit markets. Our logistic-type boxes come in three types according to your loading method. In this page, we will introduce you to our sliding roof and sliding curtain type boxes.

- Side Doors: Depending on your preference, flap-type doors with suitable height can be installed on the sides of the body. These doors are made of steel or extruded aluminum profiles. They are equipped with recessed vertical locks and cast hinges.
Sliding Post System and Laths: This system provides convenience during side loading and also saves you time during loading and unloading operations.
The sliding post system is commonly used in large-sized vehicles. The sliding posts move within galvanized steel rails mounted on the roof, using steel post rollers. They are secured in place with a locking mechanism on the sliding posts.
Between the sliding posts, 3 to 5 rows of laths (cargo holders) made of aluminum or wood are used. These laths are adjustable and can be removed during loading and unloading operations. The laths prevent the cargo from leaning against the curtains. They are typically produced in standard dimensions of 25×120 mm.
Sliding Roof System: With this system, you can load or unload your products from the roof of the vehicle. When faced with special situations where side and rear loading or unloading is not possible, the sliding roof provides great convenience and time savings.
The components that make up the system are as follows:
Rails: Made from specially alloyed aluminum, they are shaped to fit the length of the vehicle and undergo thermal treatment. (Maximum rail length is 13,600 mm).
Roof: The supporting bars in the sliding roof system use steel bearings. The Nylon 6 folding plates that connect the bars have undergone thermal treatment and unbreakability tests. In cases where intervention with the tarp is required, the relevant section can be easily disassembled and reassembled using pins. The hinged folding plates, along with specially alloyed aluminum pipes, form the tarp folding mechanism, allowing the roof to open smoothly by folding the tarp accordion-style.
