This product is made from recyclable materials. With this feature, it stands out as an eco-friendly product that does not pollute the environment. When the life of your body comes to an end, it also holds scrap value from a financial perspective. Moreover, if you have an insulated body made of aluminum, your vehicle's superstructure will be lightweight. As a result, your vehicle's payload capacity will increase, fuel consumption will decrease, and the lifespan of suspension components and engine will be extended. These are the major differences between CTP & polyester bodies.

THERMOPANEL INSULATED METAL BODY FEATURES

In these types of bodies, all outer walls are made of segmented pressed insulated panels made of aluminum or steel. The panel thickness varies according to the internal thermal value suitable for the product you will be transporting, while the outside air temperature is +38 degrees Celsius.

THERMOPANEL FEATURES

Our superstructures have walls, side walls, and roofs with thicknesses ranging from 30mm to 120mm. The exterior and interior are made of 0.8mm galvanized sheet or 1mm H22 aluminum sheet, while a pressed sandwich panel injected with polyurethane with a density of 42kg/m3 is sandwiched in between. The panel heights are a maximum of 3000mm, and the widths range from 460mm to 1460mm. This panel, which has the same characteristics as an industrial cold storage panel, is used to create a more hygienic environment due to the absence of grooves on its surface. We produce panels in 7 different thicknesses suitable for Izoteknik applications. You can also see their technical versions according to thicknesses in the table below.

All walls are framed with galvanized “U” profile carcasses. The panels are fastened to each other and to the base using MIG/MAG gas welding and steel rivets. After the fixation of the body panels, the corners where all panels intersect (outer edge joints) are insulated with polyurethane sealant.

  • Impact-resistant rubber stoppers on the rear skirt of the body
  • “D” type door stopper on the side skirts of the body
